Insurance is optional but recommended. While your items are packed with great care, accidents do happen during delivery. By purchasing insurance, if your package is lost or damaged, you'll be able to get your money back from the Post Office. If you do insure, the claim is between you and the USPS.
If you're ever unhappy with a purchase, contact us at TheTrunkInTheAttic@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt and we will accept the return of your item(s) and refund the purchase price (less shipping).
International Buyers: Import/customs duties are not included in the item price or shipping charges, these are the buyers responsibility. Merchandise will be marked for actual purchase price. I cannot mark items as "GIFTS", it is against U.S. federal law. For international packages up to 4 pounds, mail will be by USPS First Class International Mail. Over 4 pounds will be International Priority Mail. Please contact us for other shipping options.
